Hunting Package:
A personalized package bundles discounted daily rates and selected trophy species into one price. Only typical, mature trophies are included; special trophies are extra and must be arranged in advance. Any changes to the species list require prior agreement and price adjustment. Days, trophies, and activities not utilized during the safari remain subject to payment. Should a hunter not be presented with an opportunity to sight or ethically harvest their animal, no payment for that animal will be required. However, if a hunter is given a reasonable opportunity to take their contracted animal but declines for any clear reason, payment will be applicable. Where possible, additional opportunities to hunt the contracted species may be provided.
Pricelist Hunt:
A “pricelist hunt” in this safari context refers to a hunting experience arranged directly according to the standard pricelist. Discounts may or may not apply, and the daily rates must be paid as agreed upon for the total number of days reserved. Game species are pursued as they are encountered during the safari, guided by the preferences the hunter shares beforehand. However, it is important to note that there is no guarantee or obligation that any specific species will be successfully hunted. Instead, whatever is actually hunted will be billed based on the official pricelist, with any agreed-upon discount applied. This approach offers flexibility, allowing hunters to adjust their goals according to the opportunities that arise during the safari, while maintaining clear, upfront pricing for each animal taken.
